Warranty, returns & shipping

Used mechanical parts, such as gearboxes, transfer cases and steering racks, come with a 3-month warranty from the date you buy them. If a mechanical part fails in that time because of a defect, contact us with your invoice or eBay order number and a short description of the problem. We'll check the part and repair, replace or refund it.

If your claim is accepted, we'll cover the reasonable cost of getting the part back to us. If it can't easily be brought back to the yard, we'll arrange to collect it.

Used electrical parts, such as modules, fuse boxes, switches and lights, don't come with our extra 3-month warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 3-month warranty is in addition to these rights, which apply to every part we sell, including electrical parts.
