At B&T Jeep Sales, we are committed to supplying quality used genuine Jeep parts. As most of our products are used automotive components, please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.
Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied and must not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
After 28 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Used Parts Sold As Is
All parts are sold as is. As these are used OEM components, cosmetic wear such as minor scratches, marks, or signs of previous use may be present. Product photos form part of the item description, and customers should review them carefully before purchasing.
Electrical & Electronic Components
For sensitive electrical and electronic components—including headlights, control modules, sensors, ECUs, TIPMs, infotainment systems, and other electronic parts—we strongly recommend installation by a qualified and certified Auto Electrician.
B&T Jeep Sales cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:
Incorrect installation
Improper programming or coding
Electrical faults within the vehicle
Use of incompatible parts
Refunds
Refunds are available only where:
The incorrect item was supplied.
The item arrives damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours with photos).
The part is found to have a verified fault before installation.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
